Leadership and Social Change

Comas’ Chief Officer Ruth Campbell was selected as a Clore Social Leadership Fellow 2011 and is currently taking an 18-month journey to further explore aspects of social leadership with Fellows from all over the UK.
Ruth is undertaking the fellowship part-time, in addition to her work with Comas. The Fellowship provides the opportunity to undertake research, spend time in another organisation to learn and gain fresh perspectives, and undertake a personalised programme of training.
